We are currently exclusively recruiting for a Commercial Director for Market leading hospitality business. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be accountable for establishing the strategy for and the delivery of commercial activity and company sales performance across the UK.

This is a key high profile role in the business and will require the candidate to be creative and proactive in leading the sales, marketing and commercial activities to maximise revenue for core and non-core revenue through multiple channels.

The Commercial Director will lead a team consisting of: National Sales Manager, International Sales Manager, Head of Marketing, Service Centre Manager and the franchise Partnerships Manager.

Key Requirements;

* Demonstrable advanced strategic thinking and critical analysis abilities

* Experience of establishing a sales channel strategy and managing multiple sales channels

* Experience of leading a Marketing function both on and off line

* Previous experience leading successful teams delivering results within a similar sales structure

* Experienced, credible and highly effective in stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing

* A confident and able public speaker and group facilitator, capable of engaging people around key messages

* Demonstrable commercial acumen

* An ability to identify and respond to risks and opportunities Ability to travel throughout the UK and internationally as required
