Field Sales Manager (South West, South Coast, Oxfordshire and West London)

Across this network the company is running campaigns to promote smoking cessation, weight loss, childhood immunisation and pandemic awareness as well as mobile disease management services for people with diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy and HIV. We also produce tools to help reduce the amount of people who do not attend and unnecessary A&E visits. We want to lead change in healthcare while building a strong commercial organisation.

iPLATO is looking for a capable field-based sales manager with experience of multi-level relationship selling to complex public organisations. You should be organised, methodical and creative in approach with a strong resilience and understanding of how to get decisions made within public bodies. The role involves concept and evidence based selling of services to NHS Primary Care organisations eg Commissioning Support Units, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Federations and private GP consolidations, with a unique offering that already has 13 million users in the UK and is growing at 20% per quarter.
You will work with sales and product teams based from our London office and be responsible for customers in:
- The South West of England
- The South Coast
- West London
You must be able to demonstrate personal achievement versus objectives, and show a recent track record of success.
The company is based in London; however this role is field based, but will require 10-15% of your time at our office in London to interact colleagues. National and international travel may be necessary, and occasional overnight stays.
