Join a wonderful pro-active team as Customer Care Executive within the Tourism industry.

You will be an experienced and knowledgeable Customer Care Executive within the tourism industry and be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Care Manager this role involves a variety of responsibilities. Specifically you will be required to deliver a 5* customer service within the Group bookings team for the English-speaking markets. You will be required to plan, execute and deliver complex tour/travel plans for the English-speaking accounts assigned to you by the Senior Customer Care Manager. You may also be required to assist with client files from other markets so French, Spanish, German or Italian is advantageous. Strong communication and influencing skills for the development of relationships with overseas clients is essential.
