My City of London based client is looking to appoint a Business Analyst for their dynamic organisation which launched in 2005.

My client has played a prominent part in assisting with Insurance reforms, regulation and in particular, the processing of London Market risks, premiums and claims. They have built an enviable reputation of providing a solid, reliable and an award winning service for London Market Brokers and Underwriters.

Their mission is to help companies grow in the London and UK Insurance markets through utilising the most effective and efficient technologies and business platforms. The founding members are all senior practitioners in their chosen field of Insurance and Technology, and bring a rich mix of skills and experience to bear.
As a Business Analyst you will be experienced working in the London Market/Global (re)insurance market. The role presents the opportunity to become involved with a range of projects, mostly client but could include some internal Research & Development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working for either an insurer, re-insurer, supplier or broker, will be familiar with the business processes involved in one or more of those organisations and will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. A knowledge of ACORD standards and how they impact how businesses work with each other would be advantageous.
