We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a strongly established mis-sold investment company based in Bolton. They are seeking a call centre agent to join their ever expanding team. Extremely successful in this specialist area of the financial industry, this client has introduced a radical new way of assisting clients with miss-sold investment. They are looking for someone who in brief, sounds great on the phone, has a 'can do’ attitude and is highly proactive.

Key Accountabilities:-

  • To act as first response to incoming claims, whether this be by telephone or via the company website.
  • Calling clients who have expressed an interest in the company’s services.
  • Contacting potential clients through leads provided who have potentially been given poor and miss-sold advice in the past, generally from banks.
  • Identifying those people that may benefit from the company’s service and passing them over to an experienced Senior Claims Adviser.
  • Assess whether clients have a viable case to progress with.
  • To hit targets and go the extra mile.

What they are looking for:-

  • Simply, someone who is comfortable picking up the phone.
  • You must be driven, proactive and eager to succeed.
  • Experience in a call centre is preferable.
  • Someone who has worked with Mis-sold investments or in a claims/financial services sales environment before is ideal.
