Facilities and Reception Assistant
We are looking for a Facilities and Reception Assistant to join our London office. In this role you will provide an efficient and effective facilities and reception service to the general office. This is a full time and permanent position.
The main responsibilities of the role includes:
- To assist in the daily running of the post room
- Responsible for desk moves
- Covering of reception as and when required
- Set up of meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
- Setting up video conferences
- Setting up AV and loan laptops for presentations and webinars
- Basic printer maintenance and ensure supplies are kept to a sufficient level
In order to be considered for this role you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be a team player and will have the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment.
