You should be a confident self-starter and team players who can lead multidisciplinary teams to create smart, innovative solutions for clients. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with technical development team members, as well as with key business stakeholders.


6-8+ consistant years experience in the following:

  • Ecommerce strategy or ecommerce marketing role
  • Ecommerce and marketing requirements definition
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Agency experience
  • Digital marketing or strategic marketing consulting


  • Excellent understanding of ecommerce technologies and digital marketing principles
  • Information architecture design experience
  • Familiarity with usability testing and overall user experience concepts
  • Social and/or mobile marketing experience
  • An ability to develop business development strategies
  • Attentive to detail, resourceful, works well under pressure and has strong communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-commerce site management experience
  • Understanding of SDLC principles
  • JavaScript, PHP and/or JSP experience or familiarity
  • HTML development experience
  • QA/UAT experience
  • Social and/or mobile marketing experience
  • Website analytics experience
