Sales Executive required to join our Poole based client, to further develop their UK and Ireland customer and dealer network.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 doe, plus commission and bonus scheme as well as significant training and long term career progression routes.

***Please note all applicants for this role should hold a full, valid UK drivers licence and have their own car as this role may require some travel in the UK and Ireland.***

Our client distributes a range of Hardware products and consumables both in the UK and internationally. They are looking to expand their UK Sales team and require a bright and determined individual who has extensive sales experience to take on the challenge of further developing their UK and Ireland market and distributor / dealer channels . Whilst extensive product training will be given, the ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and have worked within a similar sector (media, marketing, print or hardware sales).

The role would suit a person who has a passion for sales as well as commercial acumen and understand turnover, gross profit and margins.

Full product training will be given and thereafter, the main focus of this sales role will be to proactively prospect new end users and potential distributors / dealers across the UK and Ireland.

You will have good written and verbal communication with a good working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel. You will also know how to use What's App and SKYPE.

A full and valid driving licence and passport is essential as there will be a level of travel with this role. The role will develop in the future and allow for someone to travel to potential distributors that you bring on board and account manage these - for this reason, candidates need to be prepared to be away from home for a few days at a time.

Primary Role
•Business to Business Sales - both to end users as well as dealers and distributors
•Searching, Prospecting and Recruiting new Distribution Partners
•Learning about and becoming very knowledgeable of the hardware products and consumables range
•Presenting and demonstrating products in an enthusiastic, structured and professional manner
•Managing and growing relationships with new and existing Distributors and end user clients
•Achieve or exceed sales targets as agreed
•Future development and promotion opportunities to Sales Manager level
