We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team.
This position is Full Time working in our Milton Keynes Offices
Salary £20k - £24k.
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledgers for upward of 5 holiday parks.
- Liaise with Holiday Parks and Suppliers.
- Reconciling Supplier Statements and obtaining copy invoices.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Supplier payment runs.
- Answer telephones.
- Maintain/Reconciliation of Excel spreadsheets on a monthly basis.
- Posting purchase invoices.
- Posting Journals.
- Ad-hoc duties.
- Assist Finance Manager with month end accounts.
- To work alongside the rest of the team to ensure figures are processed through Sage when necessary.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to respect the confidentiality of the business as a whole.
- Experienced in purchase ledgers and account reconciliations.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Good understanding of Sage Line 50 essential.
