Salary - £25k plus the use of a company car when required
This is a permanent full time role working with insurance customers (primarily on their premises ) to identify any learning needs and facilitate training on the company bespoke system as well as helping resolve any backlog of vehicles. You will also liaise with the Credit Controller and follow up on any outstanding debts as well as assisting with salvage concerns or any other outstanding issues including complaints. The role will involve travel throughout the UK to visit customers and will include some over night stays. With a background working in an insurance claims environment, you have experience of training others to use IT systems and helping them get the best use out of bespoke software. Your IT skills are excellent and you can quickly develop excellent system knowledge. You are a highly effective communicator with a great eye for detail and in addition you are approachable, self motivated, adaptable, organised, resilient and able to work independently. You must have a full driving licence.
