International Payroll Manager
Howett Thorpe are partnering an outstanding and well established Group of companies based in London. This role will give the right candidate an opportunity to put your very own stamp on the team, including supporting a new system implementation. You will be running a small but
committed Payroll team and play a pivotal part in the success of the team moving forward, this will include training and development.
About The Role
The role's main purpose will be to effectively manage and process the firm's employee payroll's (Approx. 2400 employees) and ensure consistent compliance with statutory regulations.
The Payroll Manager will deliver robust payroll operation and high quality customer service to all business units, ensuring the team meets agreed service performance levels.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their service requirements and ensuring any issues are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
- Previous knowledge and experience of Payroll Management in a multi-site complex organisation
- Exposure of managing a payroll team
- Previous experience of managing a payroll in Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland payrolls
- Previous experience of implementations of a payroll system
