£70k plus bonus and excellent benefits
Our client is a high end boutique Wealth Management firm with backing from and international parent company. They are looking to significantly expand their London office this year, so require an experienced Operations Manager to aid with this growth. You will need to have a number of years’ experience within Financial Services and specifically Wealth Management. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and will require you to take an active part in the business strategy and recruitment of staff and their training. There will be an element of budgetary control, so solid financial acumen is desirable. Initially you will be required to review current systems and processes and make recommendations on areas of improvement. You will also need to review current Management Information reports and KPI targets, to ensure they are robust and detail enough to fit future business needs. In addition, you will be responsible for all ongoing staff training development and reviews. This is an excellent role for an experienced Operations Manager looking to make a real difference in their next role.
Due to the nature of this role and visibility both internally and externally within the firm, you will have excellent communication skills, demonstrable experience of staff management and training and be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
