Financial Services Administration Manager: to c£40k basic + benefits: Preston

Highly reputable firm of IFAs/Wealth Management Advisers has a new opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager.

Your new role
Responsible for leading the client administration and technical support teams, this is a senior role requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to lead from the front. Key responsibilities include identifying efficient methods of working to ensure workload is allocated effectively and turnaround times are achieved to ensure advisers are well supported and clients receive a first class service.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven managerial and leadership skills gained in financial services gained within an IFA/Wealth Management environment together with a good level of technical knowledge particularly in pensions and investments, is essential. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, the ability to deal effectively with client service issues and a solution-orientated approach is also required. This role requires a high level of professionalism, diplomacy and strong people skills.
