Part of a renowned creative network, Solaris Health is a specialist medical communications agency delivering bespoke strategic, scientific and marketing solutions to customers across the globe. We are now looking for a Finance Administrator to join us on a part time basis as part of a job share.

As a Finance Administrator, you’ll provide proactive finance and administrative support to Solaris Health.

In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to build on your existing knowledge whilst facilitating the smooth running of the business. Specifically, your duties will involve:

- Preparing financial reports and reconciliations for the Chief Executive
- Helping to resolve any finance related queries
- Filing all finance documentation
- Managing the office’s petty cash and foreign exchange
- Running weekly WIP and timesheet compliance reports
- Ensuring that the office is well stocked
- Co-ordinating any maintenance for the office building
- Organising travel arrangements for colleagues

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:

- A good understanding of the basic principles of accounting
- Knowledge of MS Excel, including filters, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Explorer

Collaborative and proactive, as a Finance Administrator, you’ll be a great multi-tasker with superb prioritisation abilities. Excellent communication skills and a positive, 'can do’ attitude are also key.

A good understanding of advertising agencies would be highly beneficial, but this is by no means essential.

Please note, this is a part time role, working 22.5 hours a week, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
