Contract Sales Executive - Security & Fire Systems

SALARY/RATE: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

LOCATION: London

BENEFITS: company car, UNCAPPED commission (15% of Gross Profit)

There's a Fire & Security company who want to hire someone exactly like you. You'll be part of a like-minded sales team working closely with the Directors of the business but also an external coach who will help you to sell more and help you to overcome any challenges that you face. You will most likely thrive on the camaraderie and friendly competition.

They don't expect you to bring in £70k worth of sales in your first year but they won't hit you over the head with the telephone if you haven't made enough calls, as long as you are making progress and representing the company in the right way then they will give you time for the results to come.

They're no normal security company, and they rarely turn down a job no matter how complex the requirement. For one of their largest customers, they even designed their own Hardware and Software solution tailor-made to their needs! The bottom line is they will help you to be successful!.

It is a new business role, however, you won't be starting from a completely blank canvas. There will be existing clients you can contact and some incoming enquiries from telesales or the website plus referrals that you can work on in the beginning. All they ask is you get out there, get on the road, and start building some good relationships.

You'll need to be great at prospecting, getting in front of decision makers and asking insightful questions but your experience doesn't necessarily have to be in Fire or Security, it could be something else if you can prove that you have an ability to learn the technology quickly. Perhaps you're in an industry that is in decline or currently selling a product that you wouldn't buy yourself. Perfect!

You can expect a salary of somewhere between £25,000-35,000 depending on your experience, with an Uncapped commission structure of up to 15% of the sales you make. You will also get a company car, phone and laptop to do your work when you're not in the office.

Location is ideally to cover London and out into Essex, Kent, Herts and surrounding areas.
