Proposals / Bid Co-ordinator required for main contractor in construction paying circa £30,000 + benefits
Your new company
You will be working with a top tier contractor who has a reputable name in the construction industry. They pride themselves on looking after their staff and they have a superb retention rate. The role itself has arisen to cover maternity leave but the role is permanent and they will be keeping the position due to the strong pipeline of work they have over the coming year.
Your new role
Providing PQQ and tender co-ordination as well as the formatting and presentation of case studies using Indesign. You will be working closely with the project team putting together and presenting information from the Design Manager, Estimator, Planner and Bid Manager in order to produce winning bid documents. Predominately the role will involve creating high quality documents that help the business to win work at PQQ, EOI, tender and interview stages.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience with tender documents and proposals, ideally within construction, utilities or infrastructure but other industries will be considered. Being able to create and write technical responses to PQQ and tender questions would be highly advantageous.
