We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate 1st line technician to join our established and expanding client. They are seeking someone who has both a professional and personal interest as well as experience in technology. You will be the first point of contact for internal customers, this support will be provided remotely, via telephone, email or facetoface.

Responsibilities:
* Keep detailed work logs on work management system
* Resolve issues and escalate to 2nd/3rd line for more severe issues
* Work to SLAs
* Continuous improvement
* Update Configuration Management Database
* Create and maintain knowledgebase articles enabling learning within Service Desk

Skills & Experience:
* Helpdesk support experience / 1st line experience
* Strong communication skills
* Enthusiastic about technology
* Positive approach to work & customer focus
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Windows 7 / 8
* Microsoft office 2010
* Microsoft Server 2003 to 2012
