Site Training Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established healthcare company on a contractual basis until December 2017 as a Site Training Co-ordinator. The right candidate will be taking a hands on approach to ensure all the training processes are in line with and adhered to the correct regulations.

Key responsibilities

- To initialise and implement an automated training system to ensure all the appropriate training is being given, GMP, SOP, as well as training needed on the job
- Provide full support to the Team leaders and Managers to highlight specific and personal training needs to ensure everyone is being given the training they require
- Making sure all the training related documents are standardised across the facility
- Taking initiative and giving training to new and existing employees in the new implemented system

- Previous experience of implementing a new training system within an establishment is an essential
- Prior exposure to having dealt with Quality Management Systems in a pharmaceutical capacity
- Knowledge of Q Pulse or any other automated training system is essential
- To be able to identify and prioritise training needs for staff across the facility
