Corporate Finance Executive
Our accountancy practice client is looking for a Corporate Finance Executive following a period of significant growth in recent times.
You must be ACA/ACCA qualified and have significant prior experience in working with corporate entities as well as owner-managed businesses within a general accountancy practice is necessary; as would experience in a services transaction or audit environment.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Executive will include:
- The creation of financial models and business plans in a diverse range of corporate finance projects e.g. valuations work, management buy-outs, restructuring and refinancing, disposals and mergers and acquisitions to name but a few
- Development and management of the client base
- Production of cash flow forecasts
- Production of budgets for input into valuations and examinations
Because of the client-facing aspect of this job, your communication, both verbal and written, must be of the highest standards; so too should your interpersonal skills as managing client expectations is key.
You must be able to manage your time effectively and be able to prioritise your work as you will be expected to manage multiple projects.
