Furthermore, with a close management team, the business has the ability to offer a real family feel, assuring that you will be a name rather than just a number within the organisation.About the position:Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit several Demolition Site Managers to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety. About the requirements:
To be considered for these positions, individuals must have the following:
- First Aid Certificate (4 Day)
- CCDO Gold Supervisors Card
In addition to the above, it is essential that individuals have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a subcontractor in the UK. Additionally, as these are permanent positions, I am looking for candidates who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 3 years plus hold a full UK driving license due to the remit of work.
About the Salary:For these permanent positions we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer (either a fully expensed company van or travel allowance) in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
