A fantastic Sales Director - EMEA opportunity to drive their business. You will have full autonomy of devising and implementing the strategy to develop further growth for the EMEA business.

A market leading organisation with a global presence who are providing a unique opportunity to join them and help develop their growth plans.

Description

The responsibilities for the Sales Director - EMEA will include but not limited to:

- Devise and develop the strategy to increase revenue growth

- Coach, mentor and recruit existing and new team members

- Take a lead on client development plans and engage with key clients

- Be responsible for delivering accurate forecasting

- Drive the business forward to meet and exceed pre agreed targets

- Travel internationally (but not extensively)

Profile

The background to the successful applicant will:

- Have a proven track record as a Sales Director - EMEA (ideally with an EMEA remit)

- Ideally have sold technology or consultancy services/solutions

- Have sold across sectors within the industrial sector, namely, manufacturing, natural resources and renewable energy

- Ideally have some formal training accreditation's that you have implemented across teams to improve performance

- Commutable to London

- Be prepared to travel where necessary
