SAAS, Satisfaction, retention - Customer Success Manager is required for this rapidly growing Tech organisation based in Central London.

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join a very exciting organisation, that produce an award winning SAAS platform. This role will involve the management of multiple key European accounts for the business therefore you will have a huge passion for customer success, and be able to evangelise this award winning product.

This role is targeted on customer retention and although you will be working closely with account management teams, this is not a sales position.

You will possess;

-Extensive experience in a Customer Success role
-Experience of working with SAAS products would be beneficial
-You must have a real passion for customer success
-You will be a natural communicator and have polished interpersonal skills
-You will be organised and able to multi-task
