Project Manager - Asset Management, Maternity Contract
We are working closely with a G15 housing association that provide over 20,000 homes throughout the South East of England, from Milton Keynes, through London, and across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Kent.

They are looking for an experienced client side Project Manager for their asset management team on a 12 month maternity cover contract; with potential for a permanent position within the business.
The role will require the successful candidate to manage the remediation and general upkeep of a large portfolio of properties as part of the asset management team, primarily responsible for overseeing contractors and subcontractors to drive the delivery of the planned works.
This is a project management role in its most authentic capacity. You will not be managing a site team; instead taking a consultative approach, tracking and reviewing the work programme and its progress by the contractors.
The planned work consists fundamentally consists of upgrade work to kitchens and bathrooms in occupied properties, but can also include complete refurbishment work, and ad hoc maintenance work.
In return they are looking to offer a basic salary of £40,000pa, with a competitive package and various benefits.
