The Company
The Company is well known in the couplings and hose industry and is committed to understanding and supporting its customers. Products include camlock fittings, IBC adaptors, quick release couplings, industry hoses and more in various markets including the chemical, pharmaceutical, nuclear, and food and drink sectors.

The Company has satisfied customers in a range of industrial markets in the UK and abroad and is looking for a Sales Manager to compliment the team and contribute to the growth of the Company.

The Role and Key Responsibilities
The role will require management of the Internal Sales Team and supportive collaborative working with other departments.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Delivery of the Company's Sales Budgets
- Develop new customer prospects and relationships to support the long term growth of the Company and the expansion of the Company's presence across markets and UK & International territories
- Develop sales strategies to achieve long term growth plans of the Company
- Support the sales team in defining and setting priorities
- Support, train and develop the Sales Team
- Some international travel

The Candidate
- Experience in selling technical products
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary internal sales team
- Able to sell to a wide range of B2B Customers and channels including Resellers, OEM and End Users
- Online selling and knowledge of SEO best practice
- Ability to use standard IT systems to record and report data and communicate within the company and to customers
- Experience developing and working to budgets
- Able to work in the UK
- Able to travel within Europe without visa restrictions and to any other target countries with visa
- Good standard of secondary and tertiary education
- Fluent English language written & spoken
- Full current driving licence

- Engineer (mechanical)
- European Languages
- Bachelors degree in a STEM subject
- Experience with Pumps, Valves & Fittings
- Worked in a manufacturing company or stock holder/distributor
- Experience with Export Sales
