Posiiton - Telesales Executive

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000

Location - South west London


My client is the UK’s leading Christian media house. They broadcast Radio nationwide on digital radio, Freeview and online as well as Gospel on radio in London and online. They also publish magazines serving the Christian community, in print and digital editions.

This position will play a key role in generating new business and broadening the clients advertiser base for its wide range of media offerings.

The successful applicant would be joining a progressive media organisation and highly successful sales team and would be tasked with securing new business via effective sales packages and propositions. Working across radio, digital and print to create effective campaigns for a wide range of clients.

Main duties of Telesales Executive

  • Achieve personal sales targets contributing towards Group sales targets.
  • Achieve weekly call targets by calling supplied leads and by sourcing new leads for cultivation.
  • Identify and develop new display, classified, radio and digital advertiser potential.
  • Present advertising benefits of all Premier platforms to clients supporting with audience and response statistics as required.
  • Ensure a high standard of client care at all times.
  • Conduct post campaign analysis and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Guide advertisers through the commercial production process.

Essential Skills of Telesales Executive:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar telesales role.
  • Experience of using sales CRMs.
  • Ability to develop & deliver creative and effective client proposals.
  • Experience of directory advertising sales desirable
  • Digital product sales experience is desirable

  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
