Product Development Manager
Do you have strong Project Management and fundraising experience? Working across the charity this key role will focus on delivering changes to the Membership programme. The role is for 6 months.
To deliver the project management of the Membership product development
To work alongside key delivery teams such as Digital marketing and IT to ensure that the outputs/recommendations of Membership development are scoped and delivered, assessing organisational capacity.
Deliver a testing and/or proto-typing activity for Membership, analysing outputs to influence future direction and making recommendations to the relevant decision makers.
Evaluate existing fundraising product portfolio, presenting back findings and facilitating a product review process with key stakeholders
Develop a pro-active approach to horizon scanning and knowledge of other activities that could inform future strategy, including any changes to Fundraising regulation and the Fundraising Codes of Conduct
Monitor expenditure across key suppliers, identifying forecasted expenditure and future budgets
Experience of managing complex projects with cross team deliverables
Experience of delivering growth in income, reach or participation through a supporter/customer led product/activity
Experience of using insight and knowledge to shape decisions and recommendations
Experience of delivering change to existing activities that has resulted in significant improvements
An understanding of insight and analysis and the role it plays within Product Development
Excellent inter-personal skills with good written and oral communication
Ability to influence and develop relationships (internally and externally) at all levels
