Client Account Manager - Group Risk/Employee Benefits

Leading UK Employee Benefits Consultancy, based Redhill, Surrey

£30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Package

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong Group Risk/Employee Benefits or related background to join a leading Financial Services Consultancy within their Consultancy arm. Working on within a small, specialist team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:

  • Working closely with a range of clients, with a focus on Group Risk and Employee Benefits, delivering a high quality service to them.
  • Manage and administer a portfolio of small and medium sized clients
  • Work closely with other Consultants on large accounts and prospects
  • Provide quality consulting and advice to clients and build strong relationships in order to develop further business
  • Take responsibility for all client queries, handling them effectively and expertly

To be successful in this role, you should have had experience of the following:

  • Work experience in a similar role and experience of Group Risk, Employee Benefits or related Products
  • Exposure to both clients and consultants with a desire to further develop your career in the industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, outgoing personality
  • Strong organisational skills
