We here at Witton have an golden sales and marketing opportunity for an industry leading client to develop your track record as an experienced sales and marketing professional. They are partnering with a provider to support our partner resellers. This role will give you the opportunity to work with our Sales and Marketing Departments talking to customers, setting up and promoting commercial events. You will also be able to contribute on our online marketing activities.

This Telemarketing position will include:

Sales:

  • Identify and establish new customer
  • Support the external sales team in booking appointments with our partners
  • Consult with customers in selling and supporting products and services
  • Identify cross selling opportunities within products and services portfolio

Marketing:

  • Maintain up-to-date customer databases
  • Gain general understanding of customer business and strategic plans as they relate to products and services
  • Monitor performance of allocated accounts and identify areas of opportunity
  • Provide support in sales presentations, products demonstrations, customer training, and solution delivery
  • Consult with appropriate internal resources for guidance and support in serving customers
  • Identify and establish new customer

The ideal candidate will:

You will already have gained some office experience in a telesales, marketing, customer service role. You have the ability to use (standard) software: MS Office Applications Be confident with social media Basic understanding of the sales cycle Experience of events administration support would be advantageous.
