Payroll Manager, Up to £30k, Swindon
Hays Accountancy and Finance are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll and HR professional to join a developing and growing manufacturing business based in Swindon.
You will be working for a a bespoke business who design innovative and inspirational products. This is a leading organisation who have a highly regarded reputation which is evident through their awards and customer endorsements.
Your new role
This is a stand alone role where you will be responsible for managing the payroll function, as well as assisting with the HR Manager with the day to day running of HR functions. Your duties will include: carrying out weekly and monthly reporting, processing the payroll on Sage 50, processing RTI and auto-enrolment pension submissions as well as ensuring all new recruits are provided with contracts, relevant information and training.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience managing a payroll function as well as working within HR. Experience of using Sage payroll is essential. My client is looking for someone who is a confident communicator with a strong personality.
