This is a fantastic opportunity for a Geography Teacher to join one of the top schools in Dorset.

My client school which has been deemed 'Outstanding’ by Ofsted, has an opening for Geography Teacher, starting September 2017. The role will involve teaching Geography to KS3, KS4 and A Level in a highly academic environment. Many of the students at this school are Oxbridge and Russell Group University bound, so your subject knowledge needs to be second to none.

The school is set in attractive, traditional brick buildings in a pleasant area on the South Coast, which has excellent commuting links and a large staff car park. The sixth form is also located on the same site and has been recently refurbished with state of the art facilities.

The school has created a fantastic and innovative learning environment which encourages staff and students to achieve their best all year round. Along with attracting great Ofsted reports, the school also performs very well in exam league tables at both GCSE (73% A*-C, including Maths & English) and A-Level.

To be a successful Geography Teacher at this school you will need to be ambitious in terms of your own career and students achievement levels, and you should possess proven skills in inspiring and raising attainment to students eager to learn.
