Energetic and enthusiastic, and have a passion for fashion, digital and online media. Extensive experience in Ecommerce, digital marketing and consumer and business use of digital channels for marketing and communication purposes, you will also have a strong technical background.

Main Resposibilities will include:

- Day to day maintenance of company website and developments, liaising with external web agencies.
- Daily monitoring of revenue sources and growth of revenue.
- Analyse the performance of channels and implementation of product merchandising.
- Owning the ecommerce sales strategy to drive traffic and sales and improving customer experience.
- Development and input in the marketing strategy and calender.
- Developing and driving the digital campaigns to deliver optimum sales results.
- Support Marketing and Sales team to grow the ecom platform
- Upload all new season product information and data, photography and editorial.
- Plan and control the ecommerce budget for marketing, technical, creative etc.

Person Requirements:

- Previous experience in a digital marketing lead role in a fast paced fashion retail environment.
- Able to implement and optimize both creative an media to deliver efficient response across all digital channels- SEO, PPC, affiliates, email, display and mobile channels.
- Technical skills including HTML, CSS, PHP and Adobe are desirable.
- Marketing qualification such as CIM (or equivalent) an advantage.
- Experience with Magento platform would be advantageous.
- Able to analyse campaign performance and take necessary action to continually improve performance.
- Proven track record of driving sales and customer acquisition and retention.
- Web design, management and development experience.
- Thorough knowledge of digital analytics with extensive experience of use in practice.
- Confident working with programmers and designers.
- Knowledge of building digital acquisition and retention schemes.
- Highly commercial with an analytical mindset who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant field.
