Development Executive - Teleford - £25,000-£30,000 + Commission
This is a great opportunity to join a leading Insurance Broker as a Development Executive. This is a new position that has come about due to expansion in their office.
You will already have experience in the Insurance industry on Commercial products and be rewarded with commission, stability, and a chance to develop within a successful team.
- Meeting with prospect clients to fact find the risk.
- Conduct a zero based insurance review of the client's needs.
- Liaise with underwriters to obtain quotations.
- Delivery and sell of insurance proposal
- To understand business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk Management and insurance.
- Obtain and communicate sufficient information to demonstrate an understanding of the risk and to support the broking process in accordance with company procedures.
- Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure new business.
- To expand existing client portfolio to include additional covers and to produce new business leads for the sales team.
- Previous commercial insurance experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to secure new business
- Excellent written and verbal communication
