Sous Chef - Maidenhead
Privately owned 4 * hotel under new management looks to build a strong team to take the growing hotel to the next level. Currently with 1 Rosette they are working towards a second. Working alongside Michelin star chef there is a real opportunity to learn and develop your career.
As a Sous Chef you will be the Head Chefs second in command. You will be required to think of new ideas for menus, you will also be responsible for managing the rest of the staff when the Head Chef is absent. Responsible for keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice. Your role in the kitchen will be significant when helping the restraunt gain its second and third Rosette.
Salary: £21-25k plus benefits package
