A fantastic opportunity has arisen as a Payroll Administrator where you will be working for a local organisation in North Cambridgeshire to support the Payroll team and provide services to organisations in the area.
Your new role
As a Payroll Administrator your main duties will include: accurately input payroll data, balance reports and dispatch payrolls. Process various statutory forms for example: P45s, Starter Declarations, Student Loans, P60, and P11d's. Comply with the requirements for Auto Enrolment and Real Time Information. Liaise proactively with HR colleagues to ensure that all contractual changes are administered effectively in time for payroll deadlines. Manually calculate salary changes where necessary, including back pay, over payments, leavers, annual leave and other ad hoc manual payments.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent customer skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. You must be able to work in a timely, accurate and effective manner. Payroll experience is desirable, however it is not essential.
