Looking for an experience Tele Marketer to generate leads for the Field Sales Team.
Applicants should have worked in a telephone based sales role, B2B, talking to both existing clients and new prospects.

In this role you will be selling both the company’s security products and service and maintenance contracts / renewals.

Any experience in a similar type of business would be highly desirable.

Job Spec:

Job Title: Internal Sales/ Telesales

Salary: £20000 + OTE £6K

Main location / base: Wolverhampton

Overall Job Purpose: Appointment setting/ lead generation

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Contact new and existing customers to promote the company’s products & services

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Enter and update customer information on the CRM database

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales / customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone

Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects

Motivated self-starter able to work alone under guidance

Objection handling and resilience

Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge of the security industry - CCTV, Access Control, Safe, Entrance Control, Security Doors.

Experience in making high call volumes

Previously sold service / maintenance / warranty upgrades
