Your new role
You will be working with the Head of Customer Insight to deliver a strategic programme of customer insight activity that will inform the development of recruitment activity and strategic decision making. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Lead CRM team to prioritise and deliver data reports, review develop and co-ordinate operational plans for CRM systems and contribute to resource planning, CRM analysis and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in CRM processes and an understanding of CRM reports, you will be able to design and produce stakeholder reporting and implement new processes and systems.
