Sous Chef - Rosette Standard - 25k!!
My client in the beautiful scenic location of the Cotsworlds, are looking for a Sous Chef, the Sous Chef will ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked correctly, they will also be responsible for the day to day running of the department in absence of the Head Chef.
Our client is a brilliant 2 Rosette standard 4* establishment, the Sous Chef will ensure all the food is cooked and presented to the Company's standard.
As a Sous Chef you'll have a passion for creating high quality food, you'll be punctual and ensure all food is created to a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
The Person Spec
- Sous Chef experience.
- Experience working for a Rosette Standard establishment preferable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Smart and presentable in appearance.
- Ability to assist with the training of kitchen apprentices/trainees.
- Experience in providing an effective hot place service to the restaurant staff.
- A strong work ethic.
