One of the UK’s leading specialist providers of pensions, employee benefits and payments expertise is currently looking for a senior pensions administrator to work within the pension’s administration team servicing both member and client queries in relation to Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes. The senior pensions’ administrator will need to be a technically capable individual, be able to perform complex DB pensions’ calculations, enter pensions’ data and answer complex enquiries using automated and manual processes across a wide range of member events. You will also use your adept communications skills to promptly and professionally communicate with clients and scheme members on complex queries. Key tasks would include drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries, inputting customer details, collating and analysing data. To be considered for this role you must have recent experience in occupational pension schemes, gained preferably from a consulting/TPA background and have made significant progress through pensions’ industry qualifications such as QPA or PMI would be beneficial.
