Commercial Account Handler/Claims
Our client, a respected insurance brokerage has a vacancy for a Commercial Account Handler/Claims in Derbyshire. You will be responsible for maintaining the day to day administration of clients portfolios including claims, taking telephone enquiries from clients/insurers. You will actively be involved in the formulation of renewal terms including rebroking exercises, the production of client registers and other documentation. Working closely with the Account Executives/Sales Manager in developing and maintaining their client bank. Working as an effective member of the administration team.
Prospective applicants are ideally required to have previous experience within the commercial broking arena, although people with significant personal lines experience will also be considered. Experience of commercial claims handling is also important. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence. You will be educated to a reasonable standard of education and must be willing to study professional qualifications.
