- Salary: £37,400 based on a full time contract + Paid Breaks

- Hours: Full Time

I am looking for a registered nurse that maybe looking for a new challenge or s step up in their career to work as a Unit manager. The service is located in a quiet residential area of Clapham, London. The home offers Dementia, Parkinson's, Residential and Respite care. With fantastic management in place and great support this really is a good opportunity for passionate and dedicated nurses to join this team.

What you'll be doing:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
