New Business Director
This international trends consultancy business is now looking to add an experienced hire to its New Business team. As Business Development Director, your remit will be to sell both subscription-based research products and related advisory services.
The ideal person will have a solution sales background and is likely to have contacts in one or more of the following sectors: media, entertainment, technology or automotive. As well as a strong track record in new business development, it's important also that you can 'join the dots', understanding how broader industry trends might impact on a business and advising clients on creative solutions. Selling to C-level individuals within companies' insights, marketing or innovation teams, you will have a natural gravitas and a consultative approach to sales.
Along with base salary, an uncapped commission scheme is also in place.
