New Homes Sales Negotiators, Gateshead, up to £20,000 per annum

Our client is a highly reputable Developer operating in one of the fastest growing sectors of the New Homes Sales industry. The company has been present on the market for over 40 years and due to recent business expansion they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their well established and vibrant team.

My client has a number of live sites across the North East and is now looking to take on a Sales Negotiator based within Gateshead region.

The role:

As a Sales Negotiator you will be working on a very busy development site within the Gateshead region and liaising with customers and other team members in order to build the sales pipeline and meet given sales targets.

You will be ensuring smooth flow of the sales process from 'meeting and greeting’ through to reservation. The role offers an excellent work longevity as there are more developments in the local area.

Working for a reputable and leading industry brand a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities include:

· Working on a busy development dealing with a high footfall of potential clients

· Taking ownership of developments and entire purchasing process

· Ensuring that all advertising is regularly updated and reviewed

· Setting up showrooms and ensuring that the sales area and show homes are clean and presentable at all times

· Delivering high quality customer service

· Promote and provide company recommended services including mortgage brokers and solicitors

· Meeting company policies and legal requirements

· Ensuring health and safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site

· Meeting sales targets

Suitable candidates should be qualified and experienced as follows:

· Must have previous experience selling new build homes ideally working within a housing developer

· Confident in selling, an excellent problem solver and have strong time management skills

· Able to work with others to achieve the desired outcome

· Able to work under pressure

· Ability to balance excellent customer service with the requirements of achieving Company targets

Person specification:
