Job Overview - Sales Executive - Benelux

We are currently working with a leading software provider looking to develop and grow and new business unit focused around professional services. The company are a leading software provider focused around service management. A Gartner Magic Quadrant leader with over 900 employees and global offices this is the chance to really make your impact on an already highly successful business.

The main priorities of the role will be to sell in to new and existing clients. Average order values will be anywhere from £50k - £250k working to an annual target of around £1 - £1.5 million. This is a hunter role with existing relationships to sell in to and you will be need to generating sales from cold.

The company are looking for somebody with either previous experience of selling HR, Workforce Management, Field Service Management solutions or somebody with an exceptional understanding of selling in to the Benelux region and SaaS.

Position Duties - Sales Executive - Benelux
* Managing every aspect of the customer relationship
* Deliver current commitments, grow customer satisfaction, increase revenue
* Generate and execute upon account plans and work closely with all internal departments to ensure quota achievement
* Close and generate new business opportunities and lead the business development effort
* Building a strong pipeline of future revenue opportunities
* Sell both On Premise and SaaS solutions
* Managing all aspects of the commercial sales relationship with the customer
* Maintaining accurate customer and associated opportunity records in Salesforce system

Required Skills/Experience - Sales Executive - Benelux
* At least five years' experience selling software
* Experience in complex C-Level customer facing roles
* Proven track record of regular over achievement against quota
* Proven track record of developing and maintaining C-Level relationships with customers and alliance partners
* Experience of large scale IT implementations
* Strong understanding of customer needs and objectives
* Effective, clear, and concise presentation skills
