Internal Account Manager – Unified Communication Sales
25-30k Base, 50-60k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As one of Europe’s largest distributor of video conferencing and unified communication products, our client has formed solid links and works closely with major manufacturers to insure they stay ahead of the pack in this technology driven sector. With a strong growth forecast, they are now seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their Thatcham based sales team.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed revenue and sales targets
- Manage and grow a given territory through a mix of account management and new/lapsed account generation
- Identify, grow and nurture new sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling solutions
- Schedule and attend appointments with end users and partners (channel)
- Move into a more client facing, territory based role as your experience grows
The ideal, degree educated candidate will:
- Possess 1-2+ years experience in a corporate sales role where the emphasis was on unified communications, audio-visual or technology based solutions
- Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
- Have excellent self management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
- Be a true account manager with business hunter skills and a strong desire for uncapped earnings
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 25-30k with an uncapped OTE of 50-60k plus an additional benefits package and genuine opportunities for career advancement.
