Senior CRM Analyst - SQL



Up to £45,000 + Benefits

An award winning e-Commerce company is looking for a talented senior CRM analyst to join their customer analytics team. It is a standalone senior role that will focus on advanced CRM campaign analysis and analytics such as customer segmentation, profiling and predictive modelling and in turn, providing easily understood actionable insight for a variety of stakeholders using SQL and other tools such as R/Python.

Duties and Responsibilities - Senior CRM Analyst

  • Investigating, interpreting and understanding complex unstructured data and translating that into value driven insight for various CRM campaigns
  • Communicate complex data and methodologies clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manipulating and interpreting large database tables with millions of rows of data
  • Utilise tools such as SQL, R, Python and Excel to create propensity/regression/CHAID/clustering models to help understand customer behaviours

Skills and Qualifications - Senior CRM Analyst

  • Experienced user of SQL
  • Experience and knowledge in SAS, R and Python is a bonus
  • Prior data analytics and optimisation experience, specifically focusing on CRM campaigns
  • University degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to carry out a senior role within the team, mentoring junior analysts, as well as working independently to meet tight deadlines
