We are actively recruiting dynamic Assessors to join an expanding provision and team.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Responsibility for managing a caseload learners, increasing their knowledge, capabilities and supporting them while they evolve intellectually and professionally.

DUTIES:

*Working closely with internal and external key stakeholders, while delivering a range of quality provisions

*Train, asses, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving qualifications including Apprenticeships and NVQ's within a sector specific area and in a variety of locations and organisations.

*Promote, believe in and deliver training in accordance with industry guidelines and core values , including the promotion of equality and diversity in all lessons.

*Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved training materials, promoting standardisation. use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.

*Maximise the use of e- learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.

*Achieve all monthly, quarterly and annual targets in the most costs effective method while actively promoting the services and capitalising on any business development opportunities.

*Maintain employer involvement throughout the programme

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications
*TAQA or equivalent, diploma in the advertised delivery area
*IQA would be advantageous
*Car driver

Experience
*Proven track record assessing within delivery areas
*Skills within assessment process and understanding awarding body procedures would be advantageous.
*Skills in delivering e-portfolio learning
*Time management, Attention to detail
*Ability to multi-task a range of responsibilities
