I'm currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join this small-mid sized brand experience agency, to head up their flagship account. The agency are in a really exciting transition period, specialising in the corporate world, the are growing in the consumer arena and are looking for someone who has the drive and passion to help them!

Utilising creative and strategic expertise you will be able to develop in-depth relationships with clients and organically grow accounts
Overseeing the delivery of B2B/B2C campaigns from end to end
Getting under the skin of a client's communications, events and sponsorship plans to strategically create solutions
Leading, developing and managing an experienced team of Account Managers
Working closely design and creative teams to ensure all briefs are delivered on time and to brief
Responsible for managing all budgets and maximising revenues for the agency
Conducting regular status meetings with both clients and internal teams
Work on projects ranging from film shoots, photo shoots, design, communication campaigns and activations
Post project analysis and reporting on ROI

We're looking for a really driven and enthusiastic candidate who will be able to lead a team from the front and develop amazing relationships with clients
Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
Knowledge and experience of TTL channels an how these aid the activation of brand campaigns
Confident pitcher
A team player, with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
Valid UK Driving Licence
Experience and knowledge delivering events to include conferences, exhibitions, hospitality and brand activations
