HNW Insurance Customer Service Advisor
Our client is a leading Northampton based broker providing specialist Car and Home Insurance products throughout the UK. They now require a multi-talented individual to help service and nurture their affluent client base.
The role involves handling enquiries from the rich and famous and will therefore require you to display discretion and excellent customer service skills. Your duties will demand high quality call handling to meet and develop the clients insurance needs. You will need to have at least a year of Motor Insurance experience as a minimum for this role. Without Motor Insurance experience there is no point in apply for this role.
You will be able to recognise and convert sales opportunities, process transactions with a high level of accuracy, be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be organised, motivated and command a positive outlook to life and your career.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Servicing inbound calls and enquiries
Processing general transactions
Written client communications
Client and insurer relationship management
Sales support and negotiation
Some degree of outbound calls (to recognised customers)
Your insurance background should include all of the following:
At least a year of Motor and Home Insurance experience
Customer service and administrative experience
Daily communications with the general public via telephone or face to face
An ability to work as a team player and using your own initiative
Knowledge of FCA regulations would be an advantage
Your skills and abilities should include:
Excellent communication skills
An excellent telephone manner
An ability to work under pressure to meet targets
Organisational talent and a good degree of administrative skills
An ability to focus on detail
Able to work competently with numbers
A good standard of written communication
A competent understanding and working ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of working with Acturis would also be an advantage.
