Our client is looking for an organised professional to join their team on an initial three month contract to assist with a rebranding project.

You must be available to join the team immediately, and will ideally have worked within a creative agency environment previously, or at least have had extensive experience of managing agencies. You’ll bring an ability to interpret creative briefs and will act as the key point of contact between the client and the agency. You’ll be highly organised and will take pride in seeing a project through from start to finish, with a full understanding of the administrative nature of this type of project and the ability to “get your hands dirty” in this respect.

Day to day, your role will include:-
- Managing the agency onboarding process from selection through to pitching and briefing
- Acting as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and the agency
- Steering the project from start to finish
- Managing budgets
- Distributing workflows and managing diaries

Although for an initial three month period, there is every likelihood that this role may be extended.

This role is based in Central Leeds, with some flexibility to visit London required.
