This role will be the Manager in charge of the global Speak Up line for the business. The person will be responsible for providing all management information and analysis in this regard and run the team, managing all matters.

The Client-

Large Plc with US Head Office in the Energy Markets and Trading sector with Retail Financial Services products

The role-

  • Management of the Speak Up team including succession planning, training and competence, building appropriate capability and ensuring the team is structured to deliver on its remit
  • Responsible for setting, maintaining and communicating all processes and controls operating through the Speak Up line
  • Rationalising and building then implementing one Global Speak Up line and external provider
  • Be the 'go to person’ for any queries around company policies, procedures and standards and escalate these to the appropriate functional area where appropriate
  • Conduct independent monitoring, reviews and investigations into ethics and compliance matters as required
